Callum Austin

This Heineken Invention was a big project for Glassworks when the post-production was offered to us. It taught me a lot about the whole process, from being on set and seeing the locations, actors, extras and costumes, to the follow up work that happened in post. The opening shot was by far the most involved for me. I helped out creating the many assets that can be seen in the pictures. This includes the tent on the bridge, the flag simulations, the boat on the river, the hot air balloon, the ferris wheel and parts of the Eiffel tower. This then had to be integrated into a beautiful matte painting to create the feel of the festive World Fair that was held there many years ago.
